All supervision, monitoring, and performance feedback are conducted by IHG Mechanical. Clients receive a detailed report after each visit by our trained service representatives, reducing client involvement through quality communication and feedback.
An IHG Mechanical our service manager will create an inspection checklist that is specific to each piece of equipment and document a full case history. A preventative maintenance agreement can increase runtime and equipment lifespan, maintain a comfortable environment leading to increased productivity, and even improve the air quality in your facility leading to reduced sick time among your staff.
The program includes software scheduling of maintenance tasks. Maintenance intervals are determined by the type of equipment, operating conditions, maintenance experience, and our service database. If a client has a mechanical failure, IHG Mechanical’s round-the-clock service department will respond immediately and restore the facility to fully operational status.
